JonBenet Ramsey and Mark Karr

Did Mark Karr kill JonBenet Ramsey?

No!

Mark Karr did not kill JonBenet. Why do I say that?

We know very little of the evidence in this case. But of what we know things don't match up:

• Mark Karr said he drugged her. The autopsy indicated that she was not drugged.
  
  
• The ransom note asked for the weird amount of $118,000. That is exactly the amount of money that John Ramsey received as a bonus. Only someone close to John would know that. John Ramsey said he didn't know Mark Karr.
  
  
• Mark Karr's ex-wife said that Mark Karr was with her during the early morning that JonBenet was killed. They were both on the east coast.
  
  
• Mark Karr said he picked her up at school that afternoon. There was no school. It was the XMAS vacation.

Although each one of the above points could have an logical explanation. For example, the correner could have lied about JonBenet being drugged; Mark could have found the bonus check in the house.

Is Mark's ex-wife protecting him? Mark Karr's ex-wife divorced him because of his interest in young children. She got a restraining order against him to protect her children. It doesn't make sense that she would protect him now.

Despite the obvious points above, the district attorney is going to charge Mark Karr. That doesn't make sense. There must be something else going on that we don't know. Did the DNA match?

Mark Karr is a very sick person but he did not kill JonBenet. Having said that I am open to be wrong. It will be very interesting to see why the DA is charging him.
